Returns Policy Jemalicious offers a 14 day money back satisfaction guarantee on all items (except earrings and commissions - please see below), so if you're not happy with your purchase you can return the item(s) for a refund. Please contact us on 01225 710550 or email info@jemalicious.co.uk for a returns number before returning goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for a refund. Cost of returning goods will not be refunded. As Jemalicious cannot accept responsibility for the goods until they arrive back at our office, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for returns. Earrings Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be accepted for return if found to be faulty. Commissions and Made to Order items Commissions and made to order items can only be returned if faulty or proven to not meet the agreed design. Returns due to faulty manufacture Where an item is found to be faulty, Jemalicious must be notified within 14 days of delivery. Repairs Outside of the 14 day waranty period, Jemalicious offers a repair service for any jewellery made by us. Please contact us on 01225 710550 or email info@jemalicious.co.uk for details. The cost of repairs will be quoted and must be agreed prior to returning items for repair, and the cost of postage must be met by the customer. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for any returns, and cannot accept responsibility for any items returned until they arrive at our office. Typical repair services include restringing, solder repairs, replacement of lost or damaged gemstones, pearls and crystals. Please note that we do not normally offer a repair service for jewellery not made by Jemalicious, however should you require repairs for non-Jemalicious jewellery feel free to contact us and we may be able to help.
