Disclaimer Jemalicious has made every effort to describe and portray our jewellery as accurately as possible. However colour reproduction varies depending on each individual computer monitor. Also, all our designer jewellery is handmade, here in the UK, by us, so slight variations in size and colour, especially in the gemstones, cannot be avoided. If you are buying co-ordinating items, we will endeavour to ensure that the gemstones used match as closely as possible. Payment Website orders can be payed for through PayPal, offering the customer peace of mind through their secure system. This also means that your credit/debit card details are not seen or stored by us. UK customers can also order via email or telephone and pay by cheque. Please note that goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared in our bank account. Cheques should be made payable to Jemalicious. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques drawn on non-UK bank accounts, or cheques in currencies other than GBP (sterling). Post and Packing All orders over £12 are shipped with a free embroidered jewel pouch, jewel roll or jewel box (depending on the items ordered). All orders shipped within the UK are posted free of charge to the customer. We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery (as the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service does not offer compensation for loss abover £32, and also specifically excludes jewellery from compensation). International orders are shipped using the Royal Mail's International Signed For service. Post and packing charges will depend on the items ordered and the destination. Costs will be displayed at checkout. Delivery Items will be despatched within one working day of receiving your order. We endeavour to ensure that all items for sale on the website are in stock, however occassionally we do run out. Should this occur we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Where the estimated delivery date is not acceptable to you, we will cancel the order for you and refund your payment.
